Mango Green Smoothie

1 1/2 Cup Water

1 Ripe Mango

1 Kiwi

1/2 Cup cooked Edamame

1 Cup Spinach

1 Tsp Flax seeds & Chia seeds (each)

1 1/2 Cup frozen Mango

1 Tsp Spirulina powder (optional)

In a blender add the water, mango, kiwi, edamame, spinach, flax & chia seeds and spirulina. Blend until well combined. Add the frozen mango and blend until creamy. Serve immediately! Add your favorite toppings to make it a sustainable breakfast or brunch. Share with your loved ones. To your health!
