Baked Chickpeas

3 Cups cooked Chickpeas

1 Tsp Garlic powder

1 Tsp Smoked paprika

1 Tsp Nutritional yeast

1/8 Tsp Salt (if chickpeas are salt free)

In a bowl add all spices and mix well. Add the chickpeas and mix with the spices until well covered. Place in a baking pan (with parchment paper) and bake @425* F. for 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Give it a toss halfway the cooking time.

Serve them with baked potato wedges, guacamole and greens for an easy finger food kinda’ lunch or dinner. Share with your loved ones! Yum!
